Jeff Japhet is the third generation of Japhet home builders in the San Antonio area. With over 35 years of Japhet home building before him, Jeff is the President sole operator of Japhet Builders, which emulates his family's standard of designing and building high quality custom homes.
Jeff grew up with the home building business in his blood. He learned the craft, hands on, from his father and grandfather, who for the last 35 years have built over 4,000 homes in and around the San Antonio area. After serving our country with combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan in the U.S. Army 173rd Airborne Infantry Division, Jeff returned home to continue the family tradition of quality home building.
Japhet Builders is carrying on the undisputed reputation of the Japhet family of builders that came before him. Japhet Builders is currently building quality residential homes in local master planned communities with homes starting from the $190's. In addition, he builds one of a kind, custom homes for families on their own lots using his floor plans or the customers plans.
The mission at Japhet Builders is the same today that it has always been since we were founded in 1974- to help you build your family’s legacy. At the end of the day, if Japhet Builders is only known for building beautiful new homes, we have failed.
